Editing
I have edited several focused report supplements – carried by major UK newspapers – for Media Planet International. Here are two:

I'm also the deputy editor of SkinsMatter.com: a web resource for people with sensitive, allergic and problem skin conditions – such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne – or who are interested in natural and organic skincare and general skin health issues.

Food judging
I sit on the final panel of judges for the annual Free From Food Awards which celebrates and rewards the best products for people with food allergies and intolerances, such as gluten-free and dairy-free foods.

Research and consultancy
I’m available for research projects in the fields of food, nutrition, allergy and health. Previous projects undertaken include nutritional consultancy for the book, You Are What You Eat: Michelle’s Diary, by Michelle McManus (Michael O’Mara).

Sub-editing and proofreading
I’m occasionally available for text-editing, sub-editing and proofreading work - including of manuscripts. Clients have included Independent Magazines UK, Women’s Health, Pregnancy, Junior, Junior Pregnancy & Baby, Health & Fitness, Slimming Magazine and BBCi.

Translation
I can occasionally undertake Italian to English translation projects.
